The Foundation is being developed by three founding participants with complementary backgrounds in strategic leadership, financial assurance and social care.

Strategic leadership, governance and organisational development.

Drawing on senior leadership experience in higher education and organisational transformation, Dr Padenga is helping coordinate the Foundation’s establishment, strategic direction and governance preparations. The proposed voluntary CEO role includes supporting planning, stakeholder engagement and delivery readiness, under collective trustee oversight.

Mr Tapiwa Padenga

Secretary · Voluntary Finance Director

Chartered accountancy, financial stewardship and assurance.

Mr Padenga brings professional qualifications including FCCA and CIA. His proposed voluntary Finance Director responsibilities include helping develop appropriate budgeting, accounting, internal controls, financial reporting and grant-funding accountability arrangements, subject to trustee oversight.

Mr Ozias Tendai Mwayera

Voluntary Operations Director

Experience in UK social care and operational support.

Mr Mwayera brings experience in the UK social care sector. His proposed voluntary Operations Director responsibilities include contributing to operational planning, beneficiary-focused service design, safeguarding considerations and the development of practical delivery arrangements, under trustee oversight.
